A few days ago, I started a new 3-part email series about how I usually fix the 3 biggest (and nastiest) challenges 90% of my private clients deal with. These usually were: #1 – Their offers aren't converting high enough #2 – They're dealing with inconsistent sales #3 – They don't have enough high-quality leads to feed into their systems Last time, I unpacked the first problem – low-converting offers – in great detail... And revealed my step-by-step success plan for creating irresistible offers their ideal prospects can't say no to... ([you can read that email HERE in case you missed it](=)) And today, you'll discover how I fix Problem #2: Inconsistent Sales Based on my experience... (and the experience of many marketers I talk to) This is BY FAR the biggest problem business owners are struggling with! And it's particularly nasty. Why? Because inconsistent sales mean inconsistent cash flow... Which means feast & famine cycles... Constant anxiety about where the next project / client / bump in sales is gonna come from... The inability to properly plan for a longer time... And a general sense of fear, frustration, and low confidence. It's NOT a pleasant situation to be in, and most people definitely struggle with it to some degree. So to fix this, I usually do 3 things: – First, I help my clients find the "Hidden Gold" buried somewhere in their business (just waiting to be extracted with the right tool) – Then, once we've harvested these low-hanging fruits, we assemble a Nurturing Ecosystem (to build deep "Know, Like, and Trust") – And finally, we install various automated Conversion Mechanisms to generate long-tail conversions and consistent sales (in a semi-automated way) So let's unpack these 3 key elements one by one: ​ 1 – I help them find the "Hidden Gold" buried in their business ​ The reason why this is usually the first step is because – let's face it: Who DOESN'T like money appearing out of nowhere fast and with minimal effort? 😃 And, believe it or not... Most businesses I talk to that have an already validated offer + an email list of at least a few hundred people are usually sitting on "dormant revenue"... ...without them even knowing it! (if they have a list of thousands of people, they could be sitting on a gold mine!) Problem is... They don't have the right tools to extract that dormant revenue in a fast and easy way. So that's where I come in. First, we do an 80/20 quick version of Architecting a Right-Fit Offer... Focusing specifically on optimizing the offer's Promise. Why? Because that's what captures people's attention and makes them intrigued. (I covered this in more detail [HERE](=)) Then, we create a simple, low-effort Email Campaign designed specifically to identify the so-called "5-star Prospects" on their email list. These are all people who already Know, Like, and Trust my clients... They're just waiting for the *right* opportunity to raise their hands and learn more. And finally, we map out a proven way to actually Convert those 5-star Prospects into clients and customers... Generating a nice cash infusion for my clients... And creating momentum for the next step: ​ 2 – We assemble a Nurturing Ecosystem to build deep "Know, Like, and Trust" ​ Here's the thing, {NAME}: You can only do this quick cashflow surge campaign so many times before you run out of 5-star prospects. (there's only a finite amount of hidden gold that's easily accessible) So after the quick & dirty campaign, the next priority is to assemble a Nurturing Ecosystem that gradually (and automatically!) creates NEW 5-star prospects... Builds tons of Know, Like, and Trust in them... Bonds with them at a deeper level... And gradually replenish your gold reserves so that – soon enough – you'll find NEW dormant revenue. Honestly, it's kind of like farming :)) You reap the crop. You plant new seeds. You nurture them. And then you reap the crops again. #risnseandrepeat That's pretty much what we're doing. So to do this part as effectively and efficiently as possible: First, we Collect, Organize, and Repurpose Existing Assets my clients have... Because usually, they have plenty of content somewhere that they're not utilizing to its full potential. Next, we make sure that content is repurposed in an engaging, structured way that maximizes the KLT-building part... Including what to include (and what NOT to include!)... where... how often... etc. Finally, I help my clients Map Out a Simple But Effective Nurturing Strategy... That actually includes minimal effort on their part, while producing maximum results. Most people I originally talk to find this step daunting... But the unique process I've developed over the years actually makes this easy and FUN! (in fact, a lot of people fall in love with the process and find it liberating!) So then... Once we have the Nurturing Ecosystem in place, the last step is: ​ 3 – We install automated Conversion Mechanisms to generate long-tail conversions and consistent sales ​ What's a "conversion mechanism", you say? It's any tool, tactic, or strategy that converts a lead into a customer or client. For example: A webinar is a conversion mechanism that converts people in a unique way. But so is a VSL (video sales letter)... Long-form sales letter... Chat funnel... PLF-style launch... Free+shipping offers... Tripwire funnels... Call funnels. Basically, anything that is designed to convert a lead into a customer. Most people usually teach 1-2 of these conversion mechanisms... Trying to "force" their clients into using those exact ones... But I like to take a different approach. I like to understand my client's wants, needs, and dreams first... (including their already-existing funnels and assets) Before "prescribing" them the right-fit conversion mechanisms that best fit their business, offer, and personality. Why? Because the last thing I want is to "force" something on them that they'd hate anyway! (I experienced this multiple times a few years back when I specialized in YouTube Ad funnels... and had a VERY hard time getting my clients to actually shoot the videos!) Anyway... This step is more custom than the previous steps... But we usually install: - Bottom-of-Funnel mechanisms - Middle-of-Funnel mechanisms - Top-of-Funnel mechanisms ... .. . So there you have it, {NAME}... Now you can clearly see the step-by-step process I go through with my private clients to take them from inconsistent sales to consistent ethical sales.
