After working with over 100 private clients in the last few years... Helping them grow their busines

After working with over 100 private clients in the last few years... Helping them grow their business while impacting more people around them... I've identified the 3 BIGGEST (and nastiest) challenges 90% of them faced before we started working together. These usually were: #1 – Their offers weren't converting high enough #2 – They were dealing with inconsistent sales #3 – They didn't have enough high-quality leads to feed into their systems Of all the problems I've solved over my career as a marketing strategist & conversion copywriter, these 3 consistently came up almost every single time! And since I know that – for every person explicitly telling me about a problem, there are probably 10-20 others out there in a similar situation – I want to give you a high-level roadmap on what I usually do to fix these problems... Why I do them the way I do them... And how you can do the same in your own business too. So over the next 3 emails, we'll unpack each of these major topics one by one... And I'll give you a practical blueprint taken straight out of my process ;) Think of this as: Csaba's step-by-step Success Plan for finding the "hidden gold" in your business... and unlocking new consistent revenue streams. So pay close attention to what I'm about to reveal to you in this email series... Because it might just turn out to be the most valuable thing you've read all month! (I'm serious!) Let's start with... Problem #1: Low-Converting Offers Most people I work with already have some sort of course, coaching program, or 1-on-1 service they'd like to see more of... But, in most cases, the appeal factor of their offers is just... meh. They usually can't pinpoint exactly why their offer isn't selling as well as they'd like... But most of them definitely feel like something's missing. So to fix this problem, I usually do 3 things: – First, I help them understand their Ideal Customer Avatar at a much deeper level – Then, based on those newfound insights, we architect a "Right-Fit" offer – And finally, we make sure the messaging promoting that offer is Effective and Elegant So let's unpack these 3 key elements one by one: 1 – I help them understand their Ideal Customer Avatar at a much deeper level Make no mistake... This foundational step is essential if you want to stand out from all the "noise"... and break through the typical, boring, BS pitches your target market consistently gets exposed to. So that's why the first step almost always includes doing 3D Research - getting to the heart of the matter from 3 distinct sides. Some people are skeptical in the beginning... But once they go through the process and discover all those new eye-opening insights they've never realized before, their perspective changes forever. (again, I'm serious!) OK... So once we have the data, I help them extract the most important pieces of info in an 80/20 way... (making sure we avoid "junk data" that can mislead people and become a huge time-sink) And we put together a list of the "Big Nine" Elements. These are the 9 KEY things we need to know about our market before pitching them anything. And once we have that... We pick a *single* Ideal Customer Avatar that will become the North Star for this new, improved offer... And will ensure that there's going to be a so-called "Offer-Audience" match. So this is the first major step of solving the low-converting offer problem. Next... 2 – Based on those newfound insights, we architect a "Right-Fit" offer Why "right-fit"? Because offers that try to appeal to everyone usually appeal to no one. I see this all. the. time. People creating vanilla "this applies to everyone"-style offers because they're mortified of turning away potential buyers... And then struggling to make ends meet. Big mistake! In reality, you need to be somewhat polarizing with your offers... Otherwise, the RIGHT people you want (your best customers) won't be drawn to it. So that's why it's so important to do proper Customer / Marketing Research first... and pick a single Ideal Customer Avatar... Because that's the only way to create a perfect-fit offer. (think of it like Cinderella's shoes lol!) So once we're clear on that... we architect an irresistible offer. First, we identify the Unique Promise the offer will have... Because that's what captures people's attention and makes them intrigued. Then, once we're clear on that, we assemble the Right-Fit Product... Which includes all the "stuff" you need to put into your offer to make it genuinely valuable for your Ideal Customer Avatar.... and maximize their chances of achieving success with it. And finally, we create a User-Friendly Proposition... Which – in the words of legendary copywriter Gary Bencivenga – "makes it easy for potential customers to buy from you, and removes all roadblocks in the way of people who want to follow you" Once we have all 3 things figured out... We move on the the final part of engineering high-converting offers: 3 – We make sure the messaging promoting the offer is Effective and Elegant Why? Because – despite focusing on a single Ideal Customer Avatar + architecting a Right-Fit offer is crucial – your messaging is THE thing that actually converts people. List. Offer. Copy. The "Holy Trinity" of any business, according to the great Brian Kurtz. So how do we do this? Well... Most people who enter my world already have at least a basic knowledge of direct response / conversion copywriting... But if they don't, they get a crash course in Conversion Copywriting. (I have several kick-ass courses about this!) And then comes the cool part :D (if the process so far wasn't cool enough... haha!) Why? Because what we do next is a process literally NO ONE ELSE out there teaches: We leverage "Neuroplastic" Belief-Shifting. I would have to make this email at least 5x as long if I wanted to unpack this unique topic... [but you can learn more about it (and why it's so effective) HERE]() But wait, there's more! Because once my clients have a stronger grasp of these two topics... We get down & dirty and spend some time making sure their messaging has the most Persuasive Punch possible... Without sounding like one more cheap, icky marketing pitch that makes them feel embarrassed. Instead, we make sure their new messaging strategy is Elegant... and in line with who they are! ... .. . So there you have it, {NAME}... Now you can clearly see the step-by-step process I go through with my private clients to "fix" their offers and make them high-converting powerhouses. Keep an eye out for Part #2 of this series coming soon... In which I reveal exactly how I help my clients go from inconsistent sales... to consistent ethical monthly sales within just a few short months. You're gonna love it! -Csaba P.S. -- I’m looking for 5 people who have a course or program and want to unlock an extra $5-10k in “dormant” revenue in their business in the next 30 days. So if you: – Already have a course, coaching program, or 1-on-1 service you’d like to sell more of – Have an email list of at least 500 people – Get legitimate results for people – Are committed to helping people live better lives, and – You’re willing to try something new Hit reply and send me the word “UNLOCK” and I’ll get you all the details. #conv-conv-1-may-2024 Please add csaba@gameofconversions.com to your address book or whitelist us.
