Georgia Lottery provides operational update in response to COVID-19

[iHOPE Changes] Georgia Lottery officials today provided an operational update in response to COVID-19, including information on how to claim prizes and how to play during this period. “Our primary concerns are for the safety and well-being of our employees, players, partners and the general public, as we continue to uphold our mission to maximize revenues for HOPE and Pre-K,” Georgia Lottery President and CEO Gretchen Corbin said. “While we are pleased to continue to offer an entertaining product, we are adjusting our claims operations.” Georgia Lottery players winning up to $600 can claim their prize at Georgia Lottery retailers, including at Georgia Lottery kiosks at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Winners of all prize amounts can mail in their prize claims to: Georgia Lottery Corporation, P.O. Box 56966, Atlanta, GA 30343. For additional information on how to claim a prize by mail, please refer to the Georgia Lottery website at [www.galottery.com](. From March 19-31, 2020, the claim centers at Georgia Lottery headquarters and district offices will be closed. Georgia Lottery players can continue to purchase tickets at Georgia Lottery retail locations, including Georgia Lottery airport locations, or via the Georgia Lottery’s mobile app or website. Georgia Lottery officials will monitor and evaluate developments and will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
