Our fundraising really tanked over the weekend. It might be because of the holiday yesterday, but we hope it’s not because folks think this race is locked up. Whatever the reason, we’ve fallen behind on our fundraising goals. They’re not out of reach, but we’re behind enough that it’s going to be tough to make up that ground before the 29th. That’s bad news, because we’re taking hits every day here. Kari Lake’s endorsement from the NRSC, a few bad polls showing us behind, and the prospect of millions in attack ads coming our way. We’ve got to stay on track to our goals, because what we raise on emails like this is how we’ll fight back against all that. It’s how we’ll reach the voters we need, how we’ll run ads of our own, how we’ll take McConnell and Trump and Kari on. The goals aren’t arbitrary. They are what we need to win.
