Your voice, your participation, even just reading these emails helps more than you might realize. From this point, it’s an uphill battle to Election Day. We’re in a strong position — but we can’t let up. Not with so much at stake. That’s why this next part is so tough. A lot of people stepped up and made a donation ahead of yesterday’s mid-month deadline — the halfway point to our official FEC deadline. But at the halfway point, we expect to be about 50% of the way to our goal. Today, we’re only tracking to about 35% of the way. That means we’re behind. These goals aren’t arbitrary. If we raise what we need to, we can win this race. If we don’t, we’re in trouble. It’s a dangerous move telling you all this, because our opponents might use it against us.
