[Face Nemesis]( QUINOA SALAD WITH PRAWNS This salad keeps you full for a long time without giving you that bloated, post-meal feeling. 25 minutes QUINOA SALAD WITH PRAWNS This salad keeps you full for a long time without giving you that bloated, post-meal feeling. 25 minutes INGREDIENTS - 2 oz quinoa - 3.5 oz organic wild prawns - 1 clove garlic - 3 cherry tomatoes - 0.5 red bell peppers - 1 spring onion - 0.25 bunches fresh parsley - 1 tbsp virgin olive oil - 1 tsp balsamic vinegar - 1 pinch turmeric powder - Optional unrefined salt, black pepper DIRECTIONS - Cook the quinoa on low heat with 120 ml (0.5 cups) water for approx. 15 minutes, or until the water has evaporated. - Peel prawns or shrimp and remove the black vein. Finely chop or press garlic. Dice bell pepper and tomatoes and cut spring onion into rings. - In a pan, heat olive oil. Fry prawns or shrimp on medium heat for approx. 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped or pressed garlic after 5 minutes. - Remove prawns or shrimp from pan, saving as much flavorful oil as possible, then mix all ingredients together.
