Are you sick of hearing about A.I. yet, {NAME}?  Well don’t worry.  This email is not about

Are you sick of hearing about A.I. yet, {NAME}?  Well don’t worry.  This email is not about “generative” A.I. tools like ChatGPT or DALL-E.  And I’m not going to promise to help you save time producing work for your clients.  Instead, I’m going to show you how to save time by doing the opposite of what everyone else recommends.  See, virtually everyone I know focuses on using A.I. to create a bad first draft. Then they edit it to make it better.  But most of the time, I find that I spend so much time editing that I’m better off writing my first draft by hand. (With inspiration from ChatGPT if I need help coming up with ideas.)  So I’ve started doing the opposite.  I write my first draft by hand…  Then I actually use A.I. to help me with the editing process.  And not just with tools like Hemingway or Grammarly. Which review your text and make suggestions for how to improve it.  I’ve also started using the [Natural Readers text-to-speech A.I. tool](.  All I have to do is copy and paste my work into their website. Then it reads the text back to me in a voice that does a decent job of sounding like a real person. (And you can choose from a large number of different voice options.)  I find that it’s much easier for me to edit my work this way.  Because when I have to read my work during the editing process, my brain has to do 2 jobs.  First, it has to read the text.  And at the same time, it also has to analyze the text and look for areas that need improvement.  But with Natural Readers, I don’t have to read anything.  All I have to do is sit back and listen. And I can focus 100% of my attention on finding and fixing the problems with my writing.  Plus it also helps me catch more typos. Since when you proofread, your eyes can sometimes skip over words you didn’t mean to include.  But the Natural Readers A.I. robot is going to read every single word on the page. So there’s no missing when you have a typo.  And you can even speed up how fast the robot reads your work to save time.  So if writing is a big part of your day-to-day, I recommend you give Natural Readers a try when you edit your next assignment.  You can use their best A.I. voices for free for around 5 minutes of text a day.  Then you can either upgrade to a paid plan to keep using the best voices. Or you can continue with your free plan and settle for a lower-quality voice.  Also, this is not an affiliate promotion. I have no connection with Natural Readers besides my experience as a happy paying user.  And since I’ve found it so useful, I wanted to share it with you, {NAME}.  So one more time, [check out Natural Readers here](.  Until next week,  -Brian [Unsubscribe]( | [Edit your details]( Freelance Like A Pro PO Box 281 Bloomingdale New Jersey 07403 United States [Powered By Kartra] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
