Fill your plate with an incredible string of must-watch games throughout the weekend. [View in browser]( [FOX SPORTS INSIDER WITH MARTIN ROGERS] In today’s FOX Sports Insider with Martin Rogers: A sports-filled weekend with some incredible games that you won't want to miss … After their hot streak, where do the Cowboys stand among NFL contenders? … and more! OK, you’re up and awake. That’s good. If you haven’t already, grab the TV remote and let’s get into this, for there’s not a moment to waste. It is time to get started on the most preposterously excessive, and therefore monumentally enjoyable, four-day weekend of sporting consumption — so much and so varied that a weekend and a holiday sandwiched themselves together, and the four days will still barely be enough time to pack it all in. It is going to be marvelous, exhausting, and potentially triumphant, depending on your rooting interest. It is big enough and bold enough that we can make a few promises, stone-clad, money-back guarantees, with no fine print disclaimers and no need to worry about failing to make good on them. It is going to be football, several types of it, all the time. From the World Cup’s whopper-of-all-whoppers, the United States against England on Friday (2 p.m. ET, FOX and the FOX Sports app), to college football’s ultimate feud and a Thanksgiving treat between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants (4:30 p.m. ET on FOX) in the fat, happy and juicy NFC East. Plus, a whole bunch of stuff before, between and after, most of it far too good to be described as mere filler. Buffalo Bills at Detroit Lions: Bills (-9.5) to win by more than 9.5 points From FOX Sports Betting Analyst: Geoff Schwartz I don’t like starting off the NFL weekend taking a huge, public road favorite, but I lean this way right now. Since 2004, the favorite on Thanksgiving is 35-16 against the spread. A favorite getting over 60% of the tickets, normally an easy fade for me, is covering 20 of the last 27 Thanksgiving games. Those are both strong indicators that history and trends are on the Bills side here. After a two-game stumble where the Bills lost to the Jets and Vikings, they rebounded to rout the Browns in Detroit. Remember, they played that one in Detroit after the game was moved because of the snow concern in Buffalo. The Bills are still the most efficient team in the NFL, leading in overall DVOA. They are a balanced group that ranks in the top five on offense, defense and special teams. The Lions are fun to watch and have won two straight, but they simply aren’t a good team. Their offense ranks 10th in DVOA, but their defense is 25th. They allow a ton of points and yards, and that is why the Bills will cover this game. For the latest betting odds, [click here](.
