But lest you think I’m all Burner tunes, new-agey flutes, and dolphin soundscapes, I’m also listening to “[Before I Forget](=)” ([YouTube](=), [Spotify](=)) by [Slipknot](=) ([@slipknot](=)) during workouts.   Audiobook I’m listening to ​[Coyote America: A Natural and Supernatural History]() by [Dan Flores](=). So far, this is a great, blended story of cross-cultural myth, field biology, and American history. I’ve taken notes on everything from Teddy Roosevelt to incredible animal adaptations. Humans and coyotes bear some striking similarities as species. Here’s part of the official description: “Despite campaigns of annihilation employing poisons, gases, helicopters, and engineered epidemics, coyotes didn’t just survive, they thrived, expanding across the continent from Anchorage, Alaska, to New York’s Central Park. … An illuminating biography of this extraordinary animal, Coyote America isn’t just the story of an animal’s survival; it is one of the great epics of our time.”   In case you missed it ​[COCKPUNCH 3D Character Files]()!
