“To learn which questions are unanswerable, and not to answer them: this skill is most needful in times of stress and darkness.” — Ursula K. Please feel free to forward this along to friends.   What I’m very excited about [My NFT project, “Project 555.”](=) “Project 555” is the codename for my upcoming NFT project. It’s going to be highly stylized and unlike anything I’ve ever done. I started buying BTC in 2012–2013, I began collecting NFTs in early 2021, I quietly launched [my first stand-alone NFT](=) (also my first published fiction) in February 2022 with [PROOF/Kevin Rose](), and this will be my first in-depth NFT project. It’s going to be very elaborate and unbelievably bizarre. 100% of primary sale proceeds will go to the [Saisei Foundation](). The Saisei Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit private foundation that funds cutting-edge scientific research and other initiatives related to psychedelic medicine, mental health therapeutics, life-extension technologies, ecosystem conservation, indigenous knowledge preservation, and more. If you’re a trader who expects free money by yelling on the Internet when you’re unhappy, please do not participate in this project. In fact, if you’re a dick online at all, please sit this one out. There are plenty of other NFT projects that will promise the moon, and you can harass them. I promise nothing other than (1) good art (IMHO), (2) perhaps some entertainment and a few laughs along the way, and (3) aiming to do some good with the Saisei Foundation. That’s it. [Click here for more NFT details](=). This link is exclusively for 5-Bullet Friday subscribers.   What I’m watching [Isle of Dogs]( ([Amazon](, [Apple TV](), [YouTube](=), [Disney+]()). The “critics consensus” [from Rotten Tomatoes](), where the film has a 90% approval rating: “The beautifully stop-motion animated Isle of Dogs finds [Wes Anderson]( at his detail-oriented best while telling one of the director’s most winsomely charming stories.” Watch the trailer [here](=). Thanks to Cristina for the wonderful recommendation. A little bird told me this film is especially hilarious on edibles with 5–10mg of THC. I challenge you to watch the trailer and dispute this.   What I’m reading “[Haters](” by [Paul Graham]() ([@paulg](=)). Hat tip to Coinbase CEO [Brian Armstrong]( ([@brian_armstrong]()), who recommended this essay during [our conversation]( for the podcast. Pair this with another favorite essay of mine from Paul Graham: “[The Top Idea in Your Mind](=).”   Experiment I’m revisiting “[How 30 Days of Kindness Made Me a Better Person](.” [Click here for an easy-to-print image of the 30 acts of kindness]().   Quote I’m pondering “To learn which questions are unanswerable, and not to answer them: this skill is most needful in times of stress and darkness.” — [Ursula K. Le Guin](), The Left Hand of Darkness     You can complement this edition of 5-Bullet Friday with [my favorite and most impactful reads from 2019](), [2020](=), [and 2021](=). If you’d like to learn more about how I read, keep track of things, and review highlights, you might also enjoy [this YouTube video](=). And, as always, please give me feedback on Twitter. Which bullet above is your favorite? What do you want more or less of? Other suggestions? Please let me know. Just [send a tweet to @tferriss](=) and put #5BulletFriday at the end so I can find it. Have a wonderful weekend, all. Much love to you and yours, Tim P.S. Deal of the Week — [Eight Sleep’s Pod 3 Cover](, a sleeping solution for dynamic cooling and heating. Good sleep is one of the keys to unlocking your maximum potential. More than 30% of Americans struggle with sleep, and I’m a member of that sad group. Temperature is one of the main causes of poor sleep, and heat is my nemesis. I’ve suffered for decades, tossing and turning, throwing blankets off, pulling them back on, and repeating ad nauseam. Now, there’s a simple way to sleep at the perfect temperature, and it’s a device I use myself—the [Pod 3 Cover by Eight Sleep](. It pairs dynamic cooling and heating with biometric tracking to offer the most advanced (and user-friendly) solution on the market. I’ve been using it for more than a year. Add the [Pod 3 Cover]( to your current mattress and start sleeping as cool as 55°F or as hot as 110°F. It also splits your bed in half, so your partner can choose a totally different temp. The technology adjusts the temperature of each side of the bed based on your sleep stages, biometrics, and bedroom temperature, reacting intelligently to create the optimal sleeping environment. [For a limited time, subscribers of 5-Bullet Friday can get $250 off(!) of the Pod 3 Cover](.
