Here’s my stock pick for the “cities of the future”

The state of California -- which has faced record temperatures, wildfires, and drought -- has already planned to ban the sales of gas-powered vehicles by 2035. This is huge news, and I expect to see more of it in the months to come. To take advantage of the many different possible futures on the horizon, we'll concentrate on the areas above and look for good companies within.
