Blood in the snow. Mangled fur. A mama bear groaning in agony attempting to protect her young cubs. Blood in the snow. Mangled fur. A mama bear groaning in agony attempting to protect her young cubs. Suffering from HYPOTHERMIA and STARVATION without their mother, the baby bears die next to her. Trophy hunters have not only savagely killed this harmless grizzly bear, but their cruel actions have left her helpless orphaned cubs to suffer tragic deaths as well. And if this gruesome murder is located in any of the Northern Rocky states that border Yellowstone, these ruthless hunters see little consequences -- because relaxed hunting laws can lead to the ILLEGAL violent slaughter of innocent grizzly bears. Unless we act now to defend this beloved mammal, grizzlies could soon go EXTINCT at the hands of vicious trophy hunters. But we can still help stop this bloody massacre before it’s too late -- by demanding Endangered Species Act (ESA) protections that could save countless grizzly bears. [TAKE ACTION NOW: Tell the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) to enhance federal ESA safeguards for grizzly bears immediately! >>]( [SIGN THE PETITION]( Extremist politicians are getting into bed with corporate polluters and the hunting lobby in an aggressive attempt to strip away remaining ESA protections for grizzly bears. Doing so would give merciless trophy hunters a free LICENSE TO KILL this iconic animal indiscriminately, and soon, there could be no more grizzly bears left. We’re running out of time to defend grizzlies against corrupt lawmakers who are threatening the existence of this treasured animal. But the FWS still has yet to respond to our consistent demands for action. So now, we’re doubling down on our efforts to protect grizzly bears by setting an ambitious goal of getting 9,804 more grassroots signatures on our petition by 11:59 P.M. TONIGHT. [Friend, are you someone that these innocent bears can count on to be their voice today? Please don’t let these defenseless animals down when they need us most.
