Dear Valued Customer, I would like to provide you with an update on all the steps we are taking here

[FRONTIER Low Fares Done Right]( Dear Valued Customer, I would like to provide you with an update on all the steps we are taking here at Frontier to help keep you safe and healthy when flying with us, including news on our latest initiatives. Over the past many weeks, we have introduced a variety of intensive new cleaning procedures, including aircraft fogging with a disinfectant that kills viruses on contact, as well as requiring health certifications from every passenger during the check-in process. We were among the first airlines to require that all flight crews wear face masks and are now requiring that all passengers wear face coverings, as well. We believe these measures are necessary and appropriate to keep you, our customers, and our employees safe. We also recognize, based on your feedback, that some of you want additional peace of mind and may prefer added distance between yourselves and other passengers. While many airlines are making best efforts to facilitate that, none are guaranteeing it. And as flight occupancy levels continue to grow, that will become an increasing challenge. That’s why this week we launched our ‘More Room’ option, where when you select an aisle or window seat in a More Room row, the middle seat next to you is guaranteed to be empty. It’s not necessary to purchase this option to be safe on Frontier. All of the initiatives outlined above are designed to ensure that you are as safe flying Frontier as you are sheltering in your own home. But for those who want to be guaranteed a little extra space and comfort, you have the option of booking More Room. As the U.S. economy begins to re-open, we know that many of you have been missing family and friends or are otherwise eager to begin traveling again. Whether you are ready to make travel plans now or in the future, know that Frontier is excited to welcome you back and we are taking every possible measure to provide you with a safe, healthy and comfortable flying experience. We look forward to welcoming you back onboard soon. And don’t forget your face mask! Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
