Proxima Fusion’s vision is to lead Europe into a new era of clean energy, for good. Crypto 👾 - Crypto stocks are performing well as Bitcoin approaches its all-time high of $73,737. MicroStrategy, a software company that has invested heavily in Bitcoin, has seen its stock value more than double since January. Coinbase, America's largest crypto exchange, has also experienced a significant increase in its stock price this year. - Bitcoin dominated the non-fungible tokens (NFT) market on Wednesday, with sales reaching $19.08 million, a 5.79% increase from the previous day. The top-selling NFT collection, PUPS, contributed over $5.3 million to Bitcoin's sales this week. Ethereum, on the other hand, experienced a downturn with sales dropping by 13.20% to $9.39 million. Solana saw a 15.67% decline in sales, while Polygon had a significant surge of 128.40% in daily sales. Law and regulation 🕵️ - Uniswap Labs, the company behind the Ethereum decentralized exchange (DEX), has received a Wells notice from the SEC, indicating that it will face a lawsuit over securities charges. Uniswap founder Hayden Adams expressed his frustration and determination to fight the charges, stating that he believes their products are legal. He also criticized the SEC for targeting reputable companies like Uniswap and Coinbase while allowing other bad actors to go unchecked. - JP Morgan analysts believe that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is just as likely to reject a spot Ethereum exchange-traded fund (ETF) as it is to approve it.
