Can you tell us a bit about the brand and how you source the product? The business is about 3 years old, and we originally bought the business 2 years ago on Flippa. We have a strong organic following at 42k followers over 40% of traffic is direct or organic. We source the product from various different manufacturers. We recently started using a platform called sourcify to work directly with factories. How does the business make money? What’s your best selling SKU? We sell jewelry direct from our store and Amazon. Our top 3 SKU's make up approximately 40% of sales, and the rest are pretty spread out and diversified. We sell mostly rings. What's your current CPC (cost per customer)? It depends on the channel and the ad, but it can range anywhere between 20-80 CPA. I would say a blended average is around $50 CPA What are the businesses current marketing channels? What has been most effective to date? We do Instagram, Facebook, email, and also we are page one on the Afterpay directory. How many people does it take to run the business? What is the breakdown of full-time staff, part-time and or contractors? Me and a business partner run it currently by spending 10 hours a week each on it. We have one customer service specialist and sometimes use contractors for work on the site or making creative/video content What opportunities are there for a prospective buyer? The biggest opportunities would be to reduce COGs by 20-30% by sourcing directly from the factories. Another big opportunity would be to improve the ad cost as a percentage of revenue.
