"Those $1,000+ items you sell are a rare find and only spotted once in a blue moon." This is a fairly common comment we get on social media if someone is new to our flipping fam. But if it were true, then our last 90 day total we wouldn't have had 12 sales that were over the $1K mark and 5 of those that were over the $2K mark. The truth is, these items are everywhere. You just have to train your eyes on what to look for. 👀 Just last week we visited my sister's cabin in Georgia and had a great time exploring the woods and the kids even caught a few fish in their lake. While I was there I started looking on Marketplace in the surrounding cities, and really anywhere that was on our way home. (I do this almost everywhere we go because I love finding treasure and then part of the trip can also be a work trip...) Let's just say we were in farm country. There were definitely more cows than people in the places we drove through. But I managed to find something on Facebook Marketplace that was on our way home. And the best part is it should bring in around $10,000! (And I bought it for $250). It was a commercial dishwasher, and the seller even showed me it worked before we loaded it in the back of my pickup truck. (I didn't even bring a trailer with me on this trip). Cities can be good to find items because there is a higher volume of population, but man, I have found some amazing things in rural areas too! It all comes back to training your eye to find these items. And I want to help you cut your learning curve down! Each month I want to send you my Top 10 Picks Of The Month worth $500 - $2,000 each!
