Happy midweek {NAME}! What are you proud of accomplishing this week? (Hit reply and let me know!) Our Biggest Flipping Failure It's always fun to talk about the wins and the sales, but what about the failures? I've made lots of mistakes over the years in this flipping business, and I try to share them with you to help prevent you from making the same mistake. But today on the Pro Flipper Show we wanted to talk about one of our biggest flipping failures. It was a sale, but one that we LOST money... ¢Â€Â‹ That is never the goal in this business so hopefully you can learn from my mistake! Check out [Our Biggest Flipping Failure]( [Blog post]( | [YouTube](=) | [Apple Podcasts]( | [Spotify]( Flip Of The Week This weekend we had a $900 sale! It was a double oven that I picked it up from the flea market for $75. I'm shipping it out tomorrow! I also charged $300 for shipping which will cover the cost of shipping it, and after ebay fees and cost of the item, it should leave us with a profit of almost $700! I'll take it. One item to clean, picture, list and ship for a $700 payday. I flipping LOVE this business! Find of the week Yesterday we stopped in Goodwill with the kids to check out some Halloween costumes. Holy cow they were just about the same price as Party City! What in the world Goodwill?! But while we were there of course I have to browse around and see what they had. I spotted a set of speakers. (Two tall ones and a separate smaller one) When I looked them up the two tall ones were listed for $750 and the smaller one sold for $120. Goodwill was selling them for $200 for the set of tall ones and $45 for the small one. I decided against buying them because while there was profit to be made, it just wasn't enough for the time involved to flip them. If I am buying something for $200, it should be worth around $2,000 for me to put the time into listing and selling it. And I also decided against it because let's face it, I already have enough stuff to list. haha. Member Spotlight Today I want to give a big shout out to Flipper U member Greg! He took a little break over the summer from his flipping gig, but has gotten himself going again! And a $725 sale is great motivation! Awesome job Greg!! Can't wait to see what you do this fall! Ready To Make $500 For Christmas! It's already that time of year again! Who am I kidding, Christmas music has been playing for months now. ;) But it's that time of the year for the [Flip It For Christmas Challenge!](=) We want to help you make an extra $500 for Christmas!
