Have you ever walked into a thrift store or stopped at a flea market and immediately felt overwhelmed at all the items to look through? You're not alone! It happens to everyone at some point. But how do you move past it? How do you train your eye to spot items of value so you're not spending hours looking up comps? Of course there is time and practice that helps, but also concentrating on a niche or category of items and only looking for those items can really help you reduce overwhelm while sourcing and actually start making some money! It's a warming drawer used in a high end kitchen. And this is actually the second one we've sold! There is a lot of money in higher end kitchen appliances. Maybe one day we will redo our kitchen with them instead of sell them... haha. ​ ​[Check out our appliance flipping course]( if you want to dive into this high profit niche! Find of the week We've had some pretty good finds over the summer trip! So far we found over $24,000 in inventory (in just 8 items) and just over $1,000 invested in them. Last summer we did one of the SCARIEST things we've ever done. We spoke on a stage in front of 900 people. It was terrifying! If you know me I am the last one that wants to get picked in a crowd to talk in front of anyone. It's really a nightmare of mine. But sometimes (most of the time), doing things that scare you make you grow as a person. When we were asked to speak at this event by one of our mentors Russell Brunson, my immediate thought was no way! Public speaking is just not something I do. But I've also done enough self development over the years to know that I needed to accept the challenge. And we did! And we didn't die. So we finally put it on the podcast and YouTube.
