Happy Friday {NAME}! I just spent the morning playing my new favorite sport - Pickleball! If you have played - you understand how much fun it is! Every Friday Melissa and I go to our local courts and play a bunch of retired people - It's a blast! (And they kick our butts too!) It's our new favorite Friday tradition. It got me thinking how grateful I am for this flipping gig and that it allows us to work on our own schedule. This afternoon I am shipping out a $6,000 ebay sale (that I picked up on Facebook Marketplace for $350 a few months ago). That's a pretty great day! I am forever grateful we decided to jump into this flipping gig full-time 8 years ago. It wasn't an easy decision and there was a lot of anxiety of the unknown, but looking back I am so thankful we took the jump! Now, I am not here to tell you that you need to start flipping full-time. But I do want to encourage you to START! When we were flipping items on the side, it saved us financially so many times! And we want to help you have that extra security to know you can make money whenever you really need it! That's why we are SO stoked to announce a NEW 3-day virtual event we are hosting in less than 2 weeks! The Pathway to $10K Reselling Challenge! It's going to be so much fun and we want to give you the confidence you can grow your income from flipping this fall! Be sure to get your ticket before the price goes up! [>> Pathway To $10K Reselling Challenge Ticket]() Keep on rockin' Rob [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | P.O Box 784162, Winter Garden, FL 34787

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
