He laid out his cynical and divisive worldview for the millionth time. He spoke about his extreme, radical, dangerous agenda. And he put us — our campaign — square in the middle of his warpath. He attacked me multiple times, said I "shouldn't even be allowed to run." But most importantly, he said if he wins in Arizona he wins the presidency. He said it himself: He has to go straight through us to have any chance at winning this November. But I’ve got a message for him: Show some respect.
