Right now, I want you to focus in on one specific profile for this morning's opening bell Today's Bounce Idea (BRZL) Is A Major Past Champ With Several Potential Catalysts Based On Technical Indicators And Recent Strong Press Releases, Scepter Holdings, Inc. (BRZL) Needs Your Attention August 31st, 2020 FierceAnalyst Member, Right now, I want you to focus in on one specific profile for this morning's opening bell: *Scepter Holdings, Inc. (BRZL)* BRZL is a past champ that has made stunning moves after my alerts on multiple occasions. Let me give you highlights: - Brought to your attention at $.013 after close on July 24th, BRZL rocketed to a high of $.023 in roughly 2 and a half weeks for an approximate 76% surge. - Alerted again on August 15th, after its $.0141 close the day before, BRZL blazed to a high of $.0216 on August 17th for an approximate 53% run. Here's where things get interesting. There could be a major bounce in the short-term coming BRZL's way once again. First off, take a look at BRZL's 3-month chart: BRZL closed Friday's session at $.017. This is huge news. Over the previous 3 days, BRZL dropped to the $.01 level, but never caved in and fell below. That means there could be serious support at that level. In fact, over the previous 3-months in the chart above, only once did BRZL ever fall below the $.01 level, and when it did, there was so much support that it rocketed over the $.02 level the next session for a 100%+ surge short-term. But, Why Could This Same Type of Move Happen Again? As of close on Friday, BRZL is displaying multiple oversold leaning technical indicators that could be signaling a potential reversal in the short-term. Here's the [definition]( of a reversal: A reversal is a change in the price direction of an asset. A reversal can occur to the upside or downside. Following an uptrend, a reversal would be to the downside. Following a downtrend, a reversal would be to the upside. Reversals are based on overall price direction and are not typically based on one or two periods/bars on a chart. After eclipsing the $.02 mark during the first part of the month, BRZL has been on somewhat of a downtrend and as its short-term technicals may be indicating, a potential big-time bounce could be right around the corner. Your No. 1 Potential Catalyst [Barchart's website]( is indicating that BRZL is displaying several oversold leaning technical indicators. Here are few to keep an eye on closely: - 14-Day Relative Strength Index: 39.96% - 14-Day Raw Stochastic: 5.38% - 14-Day Williams %R: 94.62% With these technicals hovering at these current levels, they may cause BRZL to be viewed as undervalued. And, when people see where BRZL's valuation has been recently, it could stir some serious buzz that leads to a potential mega-bounce. Why Else Should BRZL Be On High Alert? It Could Be The Perfect Pandemic Related Stock To Watch Right Now Scepter Holdings, Inc. is in the process of developing an ethanol based hand sanitizer formula infused with hemp seed oil. The worldwide hand sanitizer market could realize an absolute growth of over 280% in terms of retail volume consumption – a phenomenal leap of over 100 million gallons between 2016 and 2025. Further, the high-volume consumption for hand sanitizers during the ongoing CV-19 pandemic could push the global market revenue by over 600% in 2020. On accounts of recommendations by various global healthcare institutions such as the WHO and US CDC, alcohol-based hand sanitizers will contribute the highest absolute market revenue of over $2.9Bn during 2019-2025. Top brands such as Purell, Dettol, and GermX could lose significant market shares to emerging local brands and private labels which have taken advantage of the demand and supply gap created owing to supply chain constraints in 2020. This is huge... And, according to Arizton estimates, market share of private labels will increase globally from 38% in 2019 to 54% in 2020. Considering the current domestic need for disinfectant and cleaning supplies, Scepter Holdings is responding by pursuing a new hand sanitizer formula that will disinfect while supporting healthy skin. The new formula will contain hemp oil extract, rich in omega fatty acids. The goal is to provide a hand sanitizer product that is less harsh on the skin when used multiple times a day. "Scepter has been fortunate to have good relationships with manufacturing partners that enable us to quickly develop new products in response to consumer needs. We anticipate a positive response to our new hemp infused hand sanitizer formula once it has been launched." - Adam Nicosia, VP of Sales. ----- The Online Cosmetics Industry Is An Absolute Juggernaut Cosmetics are a dependable e-commerce category, offering a number of benefits to manufacturers. There is a consistent demand for beauty products on a global level. Their small package sizes and light weight make them an attractive category for digital retail. Globally, the industry is strong and only getting stronger — predicted to exceed $716Bn by 2025. The kindling: expansion of cosmetics marketing through digital channels and the ensuing attraction of more customers willing to pay higher prices for higher quality. That's what makes this next potential catalyst so important...
