It's been a blast ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ I’m typing this email from a restaurant bar top in the Dallas airport. I arrived here 25 hours ago from Austin. Let me tell you what’s happened so far and a give a little lesson about money that’s related to it. I originally took off from Austin at 5:30pm yesterday. I got to Dallas at 6:30pm. My flight to Boise was scheduled for 7:25pm. It got delayed until 10:30pm. Then we got on the plane and proceeded to drive around the tarmac for literally 3 hours. Then get told we were going back to the gate and that our flight was canceled. During this entire time I didn’t get mad one single time. Not even annoyed. I just decided I wasn’t gonna be bothered by anything and I legit wasn’t. The airline rebooked me on another flight to Boise…for Wednesday. 3 days later. Still no anger. I then booked the LAST hotel room at the Hyatt at 2am. I booked a new flight to Salt Lake City that was leaving at 9am. I figured I could get to Salt Lake and rent a car to get to Boise. Or stay with a friend for a night and drive the next day cuz there weren’t any flights. Well, after 4 hours of sleep I arrived to the airport. Our flight was 30 minutes delayed but that was nothing to me at this point. We then proceeded to drive around the airport in an airplane for 4 hours. Yes, 4. 4 hours after leaving the gate, we were back at the same gate. 30 minutes later they canceled the flight. Still no anger. Just laughter. It’s all I could do. There was no amount of frustration that would change the situation. However, I could just make the most of it and see it for the funny ridiculous situation it was. I then approached a gate agent with a big smile to see if she could get me onto a Boise flight tonight. She did. But in economy…and I had paid for first class. So I super nicely asked if she could get me back into first class. She typed in that way only airport employees typed…and voila…I was in first class. We were both smiling and happy. I feel like my non-angry energy played a role in that. I went to the Centurion Lounge where they had zero food, alcohol, and no working bathrooms. Again, I just laughed. Then I got recognized by a dude on my email list named Anthony because I’m soooo famous I can’t go anywhere anymore. (That’s joke.) Also hey Anthony, good meeting you today. Now my flight is delayed by 2 hours. I’ve been at the airport for 12 hours straight today. It’s bee an odd fun-ish adventure. All because of my perception. And that’s the whole point of this story. Instead of making this is a miserable trip and getting angry AF…I chose to use this an opportunity to surrender and work on myself. Often in life the thing we most need to work is what’s right in front of us. It’s the thing we want to avoid. Would I rather have gotten home on time? Of course. But that wasn’t in my control. It’s the same thing with your relationship to money…except it is in your control. If you’re currently feeling scarcity about money, then it’s exactly what you need to work on. If you’re feeling unworthy of money, then it’s exactly what you need to work on. You get the point. Whatever you’re most afraid of is often what you most need to work on. So if you wanna work on your relationship to money, I’d recommend you check out my Remove Your Money Blocks course. It’s normally $47. It’s only $27 right now. I’ll probably raise the price back up to $47 in a couple days. [ Click here to check it out]( That’s all for now. I’m finally gonna head to my gate and see if I end up getting home tonight haha. Wish me luck. Talk soon, Ian "don’t yell at flight attendants" Stanley P.S. If this email made no sense...please forgive me. I've slept about 15 hours in the past 3 days. I normally sleep 8-9 hours a night. Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Almost Passive Income, 3000 Mountain Shadow Rd, Boise, ID 83702, United States
