How to write better transitions - Email Copy Roast

One of the most important writing skills you can ever learn is writing good transitions. A "transition" is the part in an email where you go from telling a story or teaching something...to actually selling something. It's the part where you link your story or educational piece to your call to action in a way that feels smooth. You want to write what I call "sandpaper" transitions because they're so smooth. Most people write what I call "hammer" transitions where it's so abrupt and harsh it feels like you're getting hit with a hammer.
