I just spent a few days with my parents in Italy and it inspired me to do something... My parents are super entertaining and pretty damn smart when it comes to certain topics. They're really good at flipping houses and timing real estate well. They split their time between Europe and America playing tennis in the biggest tournaments for their age. They're the number one tennis team in the world for their age which is pretty cool. My dad literally played Wimbledon last month. (My mum and I also won a National Mother Son tournament in 2021 which was cool. And my dad and I were number 2 in the nation a couple years ago.) My parents are fascinating people and I've learned a TON from them. Last year I wrote a newsletter issue about some of the best lessons I've learned from my parents. I wanna give away that issue of the newsletter as a bonus for free for people who join the Emails of the Month Club by 3pm pacific time today. That's when I'm sending out this month's templates so I'll send out the newsletter at that time as well. (If you're already a member you'll get it too.) So what will you learn in the newsletter? -Why doctors don't wear shorts. -How I changed my mindset around money from scarcity to abundance. (And how you can do the same thing.) -Should parents talk to their kids about money? -Why you should have dinner with your family every night. -How to earn money from a place of abundance instead of fear. -The one thing the richest people in the world do that other people don't. -How I made $250,000 from selling a cabin just 18 months after I bought it. (My parent's real estate knowledge is worth the read alone.) -The 6 rules of real estate that could make you a bunch of money. (Number six made me $250,000 and I've never heard anyone else talk about it.) -Why you should have a "monetary north star." -Plus a whole bunch more. It's a fun and entertaining read...and I think it's pretty damn valuable too. When you join the Emails of the Month Club before 3pm pacific today, you get it for free. [ Click here to check it out]( That's all for today. It's our final day in Europe so Whitney and I are gonna spend the day exploring Paris. Then we finally head back to Idaho tomorrow to get back normal-ish life. Talk soon, Ian "my parents are awesome" Stanley P.S. My dad reads a lot of my emails...so if you're reading this one dad...I love you and tell mum I love her too. Also good luck in your tournament in Spain. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
