Without being a salesy d-bag. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Want to know how to turn a $1 or a low-ticket buyer into someone who spends thousands with you? By HELPING them? If so, let me introduce you to a concept I call a Trust Funnel. A Trust Funnel is a follow up sequence that goes out after someone buys or opts in to your list that establishes trust and sells more expensive products on the backend. You basically take some of your best content and teaching and give it to the people in your challenge. Since they’ve paid to consume your material they’re much more likely to actually consume and USE your material But instead of just providing content, you finish your best content pieces with a carefully crafted pitch to sell your more expensive products. (You can also do this for affiliate offers if you don’t have your own offers yet.) I had some hesitations around doing this at first. I used to have this big fat money block around selling people who had just bought a product of mine. I felt like I shouldn’t be selling expensive shit after they just bought something of mine. But thankfully I was aware enough to realize that this was a money block and not a real hard truth. I dealt with this block for years and then one day I surrendered to my new reality and the block went away…permanently. The result? The biggest revenue and profit months in the history of my business. Suddenly my $9 and $1 buyers were turning into $1,000 buyers within 7 days of their tiny little front end purchase. I couldn’t believe the stats. We have a special LTV (Lifetime Value) tracking software that lets us see how much every buyer is worth. Here’s the results from our first Trust Funnel: This product was called the Exponential Income Roadmap. It was a $9 offer that had 4 content videos as the main product. At the end of the 2nd , 3rd , and 4th videos I pitched the people in a very specific way that didn’t come across as shady or sales-y. (I’ll explain this in depth in the course.) The result was people buying $1,000 and $2,000 products with zero phone sales or one to one selling. In fact, I didn’t even give them a direct link to the sales pages. They had to type in the domain themselves or go find the offers at www.feedthewolf.com I couldn’t believe it. $9 buyers were worth $464 by day 30. If all they had done was doubled by day 30 that would’ve been an insane result. Instead they were worth 10 times more than their initial purchase. That means I could spend up to $500 for a $9 buyer and still be profitable by day 30. If I was willing to spend that much I’d be getting thousands of buyers a day or more. Even if I could just spend $50 to acquire a $9 buyer I’d be printing money because I’d be making $450 in profit by day 30. This is how you scale a business FAST. It doesn't just work with challenges. It works with books and all sorts of stuff. Here's some more proof: I wrote a 46 page document that teaches you every step of a trust funnel. I even wrote about how to start from scratch to build one without much work. This is basically a full course on turning low-ticket buyers into high-ticket buyers without being a douche. You get the Trust Funnels course for FREE when you join the Emails of the Month Club before Thursday at 3pm pacific time. [ Click here to check out the club]( Talk soon, Ian "trust funnels are my favorite" Stanley P.S. Here's the templates you'll get this month when you join before Thursday at 3pm Pacific: 1 - Why are you so salesy? Template - This is a great template to use if anyone ever complains about your "selling." Honestly, you can use it no matter what. There’s always someone out there who’s offended by the fact that people sell things, even though it’s a necessary part of the world. This email got me a TON of positive responses. And it made me a bunch of sales almost by accident. My recommendation is to rewrite it in a way that makes sense for YOU and YOUR list. Or your client’s list. 2 - What I'd do if I had nothing Template - This is a GREAT template to use in just about any niche. The idea is simple. Talk about what you’d do if you were starting from scratch. For example: What I’d do if I was fifty pounds overweight. I had no gym membership. No weights. And only $500 a month to spend on food. Blah blah. What I’d do if I had no girlfriend, no money, and no looks. What I’d do if I had to survive an apocalypse and had nothing to my name. You get the point. The point is to put yourself in the shoes of a BEGINNER. And give them a path. And hopefully sell something that will help them. 3 - I'm trying something new and weird Template - This template sold thousands of dollars worth of tickets to my live event. This is a great way to sell tickets if you're doing an event. You could also modify the same concept to sell anything higher ticket. The PWYW nature of the ticket selling was awesome. A handful of people paid $1,000 even though they could’ve paid just $250. 4 - Wanna hang out with me in ___? Template - This is a simple way to sell tickets to an in-person event. You could theoretically use it to sell anything. This example is for in-person events. 5 - How to get testimonials Template - I’m bad at asking people for testimonials. This email helped fix that. I highly recommend using this and then putting it into an autoresponder for whatever course or product you want testimonials for so you get them on autopilot. I got a bunch of great testimonials from this. I bet you will too. Just send it to buyers of a specific course, product, or service. Feel free to use a less crazy subject line haha. ........... So there ya have it. There's the templates for this month.
