This is one of the most exciting moments of my life. And I'm not saying that lightly. I'm not being dramatic or joking around. I am filming my first ever comedy special the weekend of November 3rd in Boise, ID at a comedy club called the Lounge at the End of the Universe. It is in fact in Boise though, not the end of the universe. (Although one could argue there is no end to the universe but that's an argument for another day.) I have a film crew recording the special that's filmed for Netflix and other massive platforms. I'm doing 3 shows in 2 days. All my sets will be around an hour and 20 minutes or so. I have a whole launch strategy planned for how I'm gonna release the special. I have a bunch of fun shit planned during the weekend. Since my first ever set I performed, I knew I was gonna do comedy for a living. That was over 8 years ago. I've let a lot of things get in the way, and made plenty of excuses in the past, but I'm not putting it off any longer. It's time to take comedy seriously. As ironic as that may sound. I'm not stopping running my businesses or anything like that. I'm just pushing hard towards the thing that matters most to me. I'll be sharing some of my journey building up to the special on my [comedy email list](. I'll also be writing random funny shit. And I'll be selling tickets to the special. If you wanna be one of the first people on earth to buy a ticket, you can do so at the link below. This is my first proper public announcement about the special. And since you're on this list, I'll even give you a buy one get one free coupon code you can use. Use the code "onefree" at checkout. I know lots of you don't live in Boise, but there will be people traveling from all over the US to come to the taping of the special so maybe you'll wanna travel too. [ Click here to grab tickets]( Talk soon, Ian "finally going legit" Stanley P.S. If you're wondering why I'm sending this email to a list about money and email marketing...I'll explain. I love my business. I love what i do. I love helping people quit jobs and make more money. I also love things that are NOT business. I'm not the grind 10 hours a day guy. I love my life. I love all the activities I do outside of work. Stand up is the most important thing in the world to me, this business has allowed me to pursue it and get better and better without having to worry about money. I just wanted to share something that's a big deal to me and potentially share the actual filming with you in person if you wanna come.
