I know that may sound weird ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ There's one type of email that's more fun to write than any other. It's the cart abandon email. If you don't know what a cart abandon email is, let me explain. it's an email you send when someone goes to your "add to cart" page or check out page and then they leave without buying. The name pretty much gives it away but I figured I'd make it crystal clear for the kids in the back of the classroom. Why are cart abandon emails so fun to write? Cuz you can get wildly creative with your ideas. I've written cart abandon emails asking people if a seagull stole their phone. I've come up with all sorts of weird angles that have worked well...and some really straight forward ones that work well too. For lots of companies, people tend to get about a 30% increase in sales from a good cart abandon sequence. One single creative cart abandon can be worth hundreds or thousands of dollars per day if you're getting a decent amount of traffic. That's why I took 12 of my best cart abandon emails and turned them into templates you can use. On top of that I'm doing a training teaching the best strategies for cart abandons. And the "tech" side of how I set them up. The only way to get the templates is to buy the "bump offer" on the Welcome Sequence Template sales page. They're not for sale anywhere else. Right now they're just $47 when you add them to your order. That's only $3.91 per template. And adding just ONE to your sequence should pay for itself many times over. Today is the last day to get the templates so you may as well grab them now. [ Click here to get them]( Just scroll to the bottom of the page and make sure to check the box below the payment form. You can use these templates for physical products, info products, coaching, or whatever else. Talk soon, Ian "don't let people abandon you" Stanley P.S. If you're wondering what templates you get, here's descriptions of all of them. Why? (non-buyers) This is one of the most useful emails you could ever use. I use this specific one as the last email in my Cart Abandon sequence for my book. But you could send it any list of NON-buyers. Why is it so valuable? Because it tells you WHY people aren’t buying. That’s actually not valuable. It’s damn near invaluable. It’s one thing to get typical objections like "I can’t afford it." "It isn’t the right time." It’s something totally different to get responses like I get in this sequence. Lemme explain… This email is about why people didn’t get a copy of my book yet. I primarily get a couple of responses: "I just want a digital version so I can read it right away. I don’t want to wait." "I live somewhere where it’s hard to get packages sent. I just want a digital version." "I don’t live in the U.S. and it was too expensive for shipping." These answers have led me to create an option on the order form to get the digital version of the book. (That’s going live this week. It may completely change this funnel for us. It’s already profitable to cold traffic. But this may let us scale to thousands of dollars a day in ad spend.) I highly recommend you test this to your list. The objections they tell you are amazing. But sometimes it’s literally how you’re DELIVERING the product that’s the issue. It’s an easy fix and could literally double or triple your sales or more. Not only do I get feedback from this email...I make sales too. Why? (buyers) This is a variation of the other Why template but it’s for your buyers ONLY. Send it to them to find out WHY they bought. This will help you change your marketing to make it better. I use this info to change the sequence of my sales pages. Sometimes I’ll find out that the main reason why people bought was a reason I didn’t expect. And I had that part of the sales message way too far down on the sales page. So I’ll take that piece of the sales message and move it up. Don’t underestimate the value of knowing WHY people buy. Aggressive cart abandon I don’t like sounding desperate. And I don’t like attacking people in my emails. I like to find a way to get people’s attention, but not at the cost of going too far and losing them forever. Cart abandon sequences are a unique situation where you can be a little bit more aggressive, but it’s a fine line. This next email is right at the edge of what I’d send in a cart abandon campaign. I would send this after you’ve already sent at least 3-5 messages. Don’t make it your first one. Clever Cart Abandon This is another cart abandon email but this one has a little more personality. Feel free to change it up to make it fit your personality and style of humor. Cart Abandon Order # This is a great email to send as your first cart abandon email. This subject line is a beast. This should be sent 20 to 30 minutes after someone gets into your cart. You can set this up in your autoresponder software. Did a seagull steal your phone? This email works great as a cart abandon email. Everything okay? I’m currently partnering with a new water filter company and I’m creating the cart abandon sequence. This is the first email we are sending out 30 min after they opt in IF they don’t buy… Free part of product This email only really works for information-based products. But you could use this if you have a physical product and can get people to sign up for a free sample or trial. I’m using this email as a cart abandon email for people who opted in for my book but didn’t buy it. From the item This is a pretty damn clever email to toot my own horn. You’re sending an email that’s from the item you’re selling. I’ve done this with my book and it’s worked really well. Now I’m gonna use a variation of it for my gut health supplement. You should adapt this to the product people are buying from you, if you have a physical product you’re selling. You might even be able to adapt this to a digital product if you’re creative. Problem with your order This is a REALLY simple cart abandon that should go out about 15-30 minutes after someone abandons their cart. Read this if… This is a great cart abandon email that just hits them with a clear benefit. Read this if you want abs. Read this if you want clean water everywhere you go. Read this if you’re paying too much for car insurance. Etc. Straightforward cart abandon This is a very direct email asking why they didn’t buy your product. This email is great for finding out what your audience doesn’t like about your product and gives you the chance to make it better. Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Almost Passive Income, 13359 N.
