Help get food to thousands of families this holiday season. | --------------------------------------

Help get food to thousands of families this holiday season. | [Feeding America.]( [DONATE]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [Bridget and Kevin stand together.]( Bridget and Kevin in Eagan, MN. Hunger doesn't take a break during the holidays. And according to a recent report by the USDA, 44 million neighbors faced hunger in 2022, an all time high since 2014. So today, Feeding America is launching our annual Holiday Drive to help get food to thousands of families in these final weeks of the year and beyond. [We've set a $450,000 goal before midnight on December 22. Please rush a gift right now while a special challenge match from Plexus can double your impact.]( [DONATE BEFORE THE DECEMBER 22 DEADLINE]( Your support for Feeding America can help to provide meals for our neighbors. [Please rush a special $25 Holiday Drive donation before the deadline.]( The holidays should be a time of joy, celebration, and togetherness—but for many families, a special holiday meal is out of reach this year due to the high costs of food, housing, and health care. When Kevin from Eagan, Minnesota, retired to become the primary caregiver for his father who was battling dementia, his wife Bridget's income as a restaurant manager wasn't enough to cover groceries. They received help from the Open Door Pantry in Eagan, a Feeding America partner. "When we have the food, like for the holidays, that means a lot because I can make the ham, the sweet potatoes, have the cranberries, the stuffing, all the fixings that go with a holiday meal, which is a good feeling," says Kevin. The family loves to give back to the pantry by donating boxes of food whenever they can. "We don't always have it, but when we do, we go give back," Bridget said, and "when we need help, they have us." When you donate before the December 22 deadline, you can help provide meals for people like Bridget and Kevin. [Please give now to double your impact thanks to our challenge match.]( We appreciate your generous spirit during this special time of year.
