Clear Thinking After a decade of researching, writing, and re-writing, I'm excited to tell you I'm releasing a book this fall sharing all of what I've learned. The book is called [Clear Thinking: Turning Ordinary Moments into Extraordinary Results](. Itâs full of simple, hands-on insights you can use today to gain an advantage tomorrow. The book weaves together the lessons I've learned from others and from more than two decades in the trenches, first at a three-letter agency and then starting four successful businesses. A few people have already read the book. James Clear, who wrote Atomic Habits, called it "an indispensable guide to making smarter decisions each day." Morgan Housel, who wrote the Psychology of Money, said it was, "a valuable antidote to stupidity, and a game-changer for anyone seeking to succeed." I think you'll enjoy it as much as they did. The biggest way to help right now is to [pre-order the book](. I'll share more about it closer to the launch. Insight âNobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.â â Maria Robinson Tiny Thought Few things are more important in life than avoiding the wrong people. Itâs tempting to think that we are strong enough to avoid adopting the worst of others, but thatâs not how it typically works. We unconsciously become what weâre near. If you work for a jerk, sooner or later, youâll become one yourself. If your colleagues are selfish, sooner or later, you become selfish. If you hang around someone whoâs unkind, youâll slowly become unkind. Little by little, you adopt the thoughts and feelings, the attitudes and standards of the people around you. The changes are too gradual to notice until theyâre too large to address. [(Click here to share on Twitter)]() Etc.
