Do you have trouble falling asleep? Is the nighttime battle between consciousness and unconsciousness leaving you exhausted in the morning? Do you toss and turn when you should be on the sleepy train to Slumber Town? Then try watching Frasier! The Kelsey Grammer-starring comedy is not only showered with Emmys but plenty of Zs as well. [Thereâs a whole online community]( that uses Frasier to fall asleep, letting the sweet tones of Seattle precipitation and the famous theme song lull them to rest. Or maybe itâs just that boring. I donât know! Here are some things to watch this week. -Tim Your Watch This Now! newsletter is created by Senior Recommendations and Reviews Editor Tim Surette and more show-obsessed editors at TV Guide! PREMIERES WEDNESDAY AT 9/8C ON HBO AND MAX [Wild Wild Space explores the financial frontier of the final frontier]( [Want to make a trillion dollars? Look up. This new documentary film, based on Ashlee Vanceâs reporting for The New York Times and his book When the Heavens Went on Sale: The Misfits and Geniuses Racing to Put Space Within Reach, follows the battle between privatized space companies to own Earthâs lower orbit so they can fill it with profitable satellites. Many questions are raised, including how much power an entrepreneur can potentially have by controlling a sea of satellites, and each of the three company heads has different intentions for the future. Itâs a great film if youâre interested in the psyche of wannabe Elons or if youâre interested in the future of low-orbit technology and the business behind it, and it doesnât take itself too seriously, thankfully.](
SEASON 6 PREMIERES THURSDAY ON NETFLIX [Cobra Kai begins round one of its final fight]( First of all, you should know that [Cobra Kai's sixth and final season]( will be split into three parts; Netflix is really stretching out the conclusion of this story. The first part picks up with the titular dojo eliminated from the Valley, and the senseis and students deciding whether they will compete in the karate world championships. Season 6 will be made up of 15 episodes total, with all three parts composed of five episodes each. -Allison Picurro
SERIES PREMIERES THURSDAY ON PEACOCK [Those About to Die brings Rome to life]( [Miss Rome? Miss Spartacus? Then dig up your toga and throw it on for Peacockâs new historical drama Those About to Die. The series, half of which was directed by disaster artist Roland Emmerich (The Day After Tomorrow), has some money thrown behind it to bring Ancient Rome to life. It tells the stories of gladiatorial combat during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, played by Anthony Hopkins. Youâll probably wonder what the heck Hopkins is doing in this series, but after doubting what the show could be for most of the premiere episode, I got more interested by the end and will probably check out the rest of the season. As youâd expect, thereâs violence, gore, sex, and plenty of backstabbing, both literal and figurative.]( FIVE RINGS TO RULE THEM ALL [Itâs not too early to get prepared for the Olympics]( July is one of the most mellow months of television weâve had in a while, but itâs not just because itâs the normal summer doldrums.
