I was hoping I could get a hold of you super quick. As of today, we are only 7 days away from election day, but voting is already happening now. As of today, we are only 7 days away from election day, but voting is already happening now. California sends out mail ballots earlier than almost everywhere else in the country, so that means NOW is the time voters are casting ballots and deciding who will represent us in Congress. Not tomorrow, not next week — now. So I could really use your help. Given how close my race is right now and everything at stake for our country, it’s extremely nerve wracking. Polls show me tied against a MAGA extremist, and if we don’t win this race, we will be sending another Marjorie Taylor Greene to Congress. And even worse, this is the seat that will determine if the Republican extremists will take over power in the House. This would mean an all-out assault on our civil rights, our healthcare and our democracy. Pretty nerve-wracking. But now’s the time we’ve been working towards.
