[ESA logo]( To keep receiving emails from us, please add suiteoffers@em.extendedstayamerica.com to your contacts list To Our Valued Guests, I wanted to reach out to you in these uncertain times to personally let you know what we are doing at Extended Stay America to protect our guests and support your travel needs. As we learn more about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), you have our commitment that we will do everything possible to ensure your travel safety. And should your plans change, Extended Stay America will provide you with the flexibility and confidence to manage your travel needs. In Our Hotels Our sole mission at Extended Stay America is to care for our guests, every day. Your health and safety is our number one priority. While we have strong procedures in place to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, we have enhanced our processes in consultation with global and national public health authorities. We have increased the frequency of public area sanitation, paying special attention to high touch surfaces throughout the hotel. We are closely following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus and have reinforced with our associates the importance of good hygiene and effective cleaning protocols. And as you know, with limited communal areas and full kitchens in every suite, our guests can have a level of control over their travel experience not possible at most hotels. Travel Flexibility We remain committed to provide you with control over your travel plans. As a result of this unprecedented situation, we are making important changes to our booking policies. We want you to have confidence in your travel decisions and control when you book with Extended Stay America. In the spirit of caring for you and understanding the disruption this event may cause, we have relaxed our cancellation policies. If you currently have a reservation for arrival prior to March 31st and are unable to travel, you can cancel without penalty. If you booked directly with us via our website or Call Center, please contact us at 800-804-3724 for assistance. If you booked via online travel agencies or other third parties, you should contact your booking provider directly. During these challenging times, we reaffirm our commitment to our guests, our staff, and the communities we serve. We look forward to serving you today and for many years to come.
