In fact, the hashtag #interiordesign has over 44.3 billion views, showing that there is a prominent interior design community on the platform. For example, “mid-century modern” is an interior design trend that has gone viral on TikTok. The hashtag for this design style has almost 1.1 billion views. Another popular interior design trend is the “cottage core” design. Videos featuring this design style have over 18.7 billion views on the platform. Topic #3 Shampoo Massager [Chart]( Shampoo massagers are designed to stimulate and exfoliate the scalp while shampooing. This product category is largely trending due to the fact that many believe that shampoo massagers can help stimulate hair growth (although this has not been confirmed by actual studies). This product category is also trending across beauty TikTok (the #scalpmassager hashtag has over 90 million views on the platform). [Heeta]( and [Maxsoft]( are examples of trending shampoo brush brands. What's Next Shampoo massagers are part of the Scalp Detox meta trend. Searches for “[scalp detox]( have increased by 51% over the last 24 months. A scalp detox refers to the process of using cleansers, moisturizers and other products to deep clean the scalp. As with many other beauty trends, interest in scalp detox is mainly because this routine has gone viral on TikTok. In fact, videos mentioning scalp detox have over 105 million views on the platform. [Scalp serums]( and [scalp scrubs]( are two examples of trending scalp detox products. Topic #4 Freelance Visa [Chart]( A freelance visa is a specific type of visa that allows individuals to work independently in a foreign country. Nearly half of the world’s workforce are now considered freelancers. Freelance visas, besides offering location flexibility, also often provide a path to citizenship. For instance, the German freelance visa program grants permanent residency after 5 years. Dubai is an example of a country seeing massive growth in interest in their freelance visa program. Search volume for “[freelance visa Dubai]( has grown by 467% over the past five years. What's Next Freelance visas are part of the Digital Nomad Visa meta trend. Searches for “digital nomad visa” have increased by 3400% over the past five years. And the hashtag #digitalnomad has over 4.3 million posts on Instagram. Many digital nomads are starting to choose their next destination partly based on that country’s visa requirements.
