Candles glow in remembrance of domestic violence victims in R.I.
A purple glow crowned the State House dome Tuesday night, while on the steps below candles illuminated the faces of about 100 people affected by domestic violence. They stood in silence as activists read a list of domestic-violence victims over the last 10 years.
