Just look at these recent studies: • A peer-reviewed study published by EWG earlier this year found the preservative TBHQ (found in Pop-Tarts and Cheez-Its, among 1,250 other popular processed foods) may harm the immune system. • A study from the EU’s top food safety agency found that titanium dioxide, an additive used in Skittles and Starburst, should no longer be considered safe, due to its ability to damage our DNA.
