Vance was chosen as the Vice Presidential candidate—someone who has a long record of opposing common-sense gun safety measures Despite the Surgeon General declaring it a public health crisis, and despite an attempted assassination of a presidential candidate, it's clear that this culture of guns and downplaying the magnitude of gun violence is still prevalent.
