Here’s what the media is not telling you… [Image](https://) Greetings Everyday Spy, Donald Trump was just indicted for a THIRD time. No president in 247 years of American history has ever been indicted. That means Trump’s indictment is not only unprecedented – It’s unprecedented x3. While the media makes a field day out of it, they’re not giving you a full picture. Here are three facts they’re not telling you. Fact #1: These indictments mean NOTHING if the charges can’t be proved beyond a reasonable doubt in court. You can see this clearly in Trump’s polling numbers. You would think that criminal charges would harm your political campaign, but if anything they’ve strengthened Trump’s. Despite his legal troubles, he’s smoking the republican competition. Fact #2: An indictment is not proof that Trump did anything wrong. The prosecutors spent months investigating Trump and amassed what they believed to be evidence that was enough to convict him. The grand juries then reviewed the evidence and agreed that there should be a criminal case. Now it's up to the legal system to decide whether the evidence is actually enough for a conviction – which could take years, or simply get dismissed. Fact #3: The states involved in Trump’s cases have long-standing issues with his businesses. New York especially has battled with Trump in the courts over the years related to tax, insurance, and banking disagreements. The way the media talks about these indictments, you would think Trump will be in prison tomorrow. He won't. In fact, it's my prediction that he will never be found guilty. Not because he didn't break a law, but because the American Democratic system isn't prepared to admit to its own flaws. Be they judicial, executive, or legislative. But that truth makes for a less catchy headline. The business BEHIND the media relies on getting you emotional, not giving you facts.
