The perfect excuse to tell you two secrets I use to build my business and my wealth. [Image](https://) Greetings Everyday Spy, I recently completed a private intel contract to support a US Federal Government organization I cannot disclose. While most of my pro intel contracts relate directly to training, this one was different. Instead of teaching new recruits how to spy, this contract put me in the role of the bad guy. My job was to operate as an undercover officer from a hostile country.I got to test US field professionals to see how well they operate against bad guys. NDAs and good OPSEC keep me from giving you all the sexy details, but… This contract was the perfect excuse to tell you two secrets I use to build my business and my wealth. SECRET #1: Know your hourly pay rate and constantly increase it. People send me emails, messages, and social media comments every week to complain about my prices. They ask me for discounts, tell me my courses are too expensive, and even offer to trade everything from baseball cards to manual labor to get into my events. They lose every time because I know my value and hold true to my worth. After leaving CIA, my pay rate was $38.46/hour working in corporate America. When I launched my own business 4 years later, I moved that hourly rate to $149.28/hour. Now, I do not accept any contract that pays less than $350/hour. My next private intel contract was overjoyed to pay me $607.12/hour. Take the total amount of money you earn right now and divide it by the number of hours you work – then realize that you are worth more money every single year. Because every year you work is another year of experience. Another year growing your network. Another year mastering your craft. Most people spend their days miserable, trading hours of life for pay they don’t think is fair. And as they work more hours for the same pay, their pay rate actually decreases! That’s why 64% of Americans will never get to retire… Simply because they do not know how to increase annual pay right now and every year after. SECRET #2: Working fewer hours at higher pay is the key to rapid wealth. If you could earn the same amount of money you made last year by working half as many hours, what would you do? - Work more hours and make even more money? - Use the extra time to treat yourself and your family to nice vacations? - Invest in the skills and knowledge that let you double your earning potential yet again? Guess what, all three answers are correct. Even better, all three answers can be done at the same time! The key to wealth isn’t saving your money or working as many hours as possible… The magic happens when you work fewer hours and maximize the amount you earn each hour. Only by working fewer hours at a higher hourly pay rate do you unlock BOTH more money AND more time. Every wealthy client I work with lives by one simple mantra: earn more, work less. And it's sad how many everyday people do the exact opposite: make less while working more… [To counter this sad truth, the Intel Insiders VIP Network brings the brightest minds in business, intel, and everyday life together.]( Our monthly closed-circuit calls are filled with the practical, tactical skills and insights you will use to beat the majority of Americans and secure your future, your retirement, and your legacy. I wasn’t willing to compromise my time, value, and future… Are you?
