This email is an advertisement from a third party and not necessarily an endorsement by ETF Daily News. Always perform your own due diligence. Have you heard of my 5 Finger Theory? It says that to be financially stable you need five different streams of income. They don't all have to be even. Some will be stronger than others. But you need 5, just in case 1 or 2 get taken away (job loss, bad investment, etc) the others will carry you until you can strengthen them again. One of my fingers that I am making stronger is passive income through investment funds. Basically, investing in projects like apartments, short-term rentals (Airbnb), self storage facilities, land development, life settlements, and more. But all of these are done by someone else...I just want to be an investor with no liability. Totally passive. And the returns are very nice as well. I have one deal on my desk that is expecting a 35% IRR for a 10 year project. That basically means that at the end of the deal, the investors should have gotten what equals to a 35% return per year. I've evaluated several deals and more keep coming to me. So I thought that some of you might also be interested. If you are, [just fill out this short survey]( so I can share the best ones with you. I probably only consider 10% of the deals I get sent...I only want to be in the best ones. Who this is for: To be able to invest in these deals, you have to be an accredited investor. Meaning that you have to be worth 1 million not including your house or make over $300k a year (with spouse) or something like that. There is no cost to you and no requirement that you invest. I am just putting a group together so that we can negotiate better terms. Let me know if you are interested.
