I’m embarrassed to admit this, even though some people show off their ADHD like a guy making sure you notice the Cartier Tank on his wrist. Look at Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube and you’ll find glib confessionals about life with ADHD, testimonials on how to be productive, and claims of “cures” through diet and exercise.
