Extremists are out of touch and wrong on this. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ [Eric Lynn for Congress] Friend, Republicans are so desperate to turn the ship around after their disastrous policies led to Roe being overturned this year that they think passing extreme legislation that bans abortion at 15 weeks is the way to go. Well, team, they're wrong. Yesterday, Lindsey Graham and Senate Republicans introduced a 15-week national abortion ban. I'm infuriated. This is the same Lindsey Graham who months earlier said that abortion was an issue best left up to the states. His flip-flopping is giving us some serious whiplash. In defending his flawed, backward legislation, Lindsey Graham said that the United States would be joining the rest of the "developed world" in instituting a ban. That's just false. He also failed to say that the United States is the leading "developed country" in fully preventable maternal deaths, childhood poverty, and unpaid family leave. Apparently, he wants to change that. But a national abortion ban will only cause preventable deaths, mothers' lives lost at the hands of cruel Republicans. My opponent, Anna Paulina Luna, is a self-called "pro-choice extremist." If she's elected, she'll do anything to please MAGA Republicans in Congress and fight for a total ban on abortion. We have to do everything to stop her from winning this seat. [I'm a pro-choice, pro-women Democratic nominee for Congress. I promise to protect the right to choose for women across America and would not only oppose an abortion ban, but I’ll vote to codify Roe into law.
