[Epicurious]( COOK THIS NOW --------------------------------------------------------------- [Turmeric Eggs with Kale, Yogurt, and Bacon]( [Turmeric Eggs with Kale, Yogurt, and Bacon / Photo by Alex Lau]( [Facebook]( [Twitter]( [Pinterest]( [Google Plus]( I love having bacon for breakfast on Saturday mornings. But this morning, instead of the usual pancakes,, I'm pairing it with kale and eggs and a drizzle of yogurt sauce. First, I'm going to crank up the oven to roast the bacon, then toss some kale in the oven too until some of it's nice and crispy and some of it's soft and wilted. The kale and bacon will be served on top of a swoosh of yogurt sauce and topped with a turmeric fried egg. You can skip the turmeric if you'd rather, but it adds a nice punch of color and flavor that makes this Saturday breakfast (or brunch) feel extra special. xoxo, [Anna]( [View Recipe]( THE DAILY ROUND-UP --------------------------------------------------------------- Our best recipe collections and seasonal tips [Pecan Orange Baklava Pie / Photo by Chelsea Kyle, Food Styling by Katherine Sacks]( [33 Ways to Use Up a Box of Phyllo]( [View Gallery]( [Tadka Dhal / Photo by Martin Poole]( [25 Vibrant, Delicious Turmeric Recipes]( [View Gallery]( [Baked Oatmeal Muffins / Photo by Chelsea Kyle, Food Styling by Anna Stockwell]( [How to Make Easy Baked Oatmeal Muffin Cups]( [View Gallery]( TRENDING RECIPES --------------------------------------------------------------- [1]( [Instant Pot Choucroute Garnie]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [2]( [Gnocchi Gratin with Gorgonzola]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [3]( [Sausage, Greens, and Beans Pasta]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [4]( [Instant Pot Caldo Verde]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [5]( [Pizza Dough]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [Exclusive Offer to Subscribe to Bon Appetit magazine for just $12]( FOLLOW EPICURIOUS!
