You can't make this stuff up You can't make this stuff up Energy and Capital: Practical Investment Analysis in the new Energy Economy [Energy and Capital logo] Biden's Very Dangerous Agenda By Christian DeHaemer | April 6, 2022 - Baltimore, MD Joe Biden’s behavior is getting increasingly bizarre if not outright crazy... First, he nominated Saule Omarova as comptroller of the currency. This law professor graduated from Moscow State University in 1989 on the Lenin Personal Academic Scholarship. True to her background, she fantasizes about a centrally planned economy. The first step toward this goal? To "end banking as we know it." The Federal Reserve should be a consumer bank, according to her... the ONLY consumer bank in the U.S. This type of Soviet-type centralization recently destroyed the Venezuelan economy... Leaving millions hungry and forcing citizens to eat cats to survive. The backlash against Ms. Omarova eventually got too intense and she had to withdraw her nomination. But appointing her wasn’t Biden’s only crazy idea... Because his nominee for the head of banking supervision at the Fed is just as bizarre. His name is Richard Cordray. At his former post, he became known for one thing... "Harassing, politicizing, and intimidating... [the banks] he regulated," per The Wall Street Journal. According to Thaya Brooke Knight from the Cato Institute, Cordray was "pursuing an aggressive and inappropriate crusade against the financial services industry." Or as Sen. John Kennedy puts it, "[He’s] left of Lenin." You don’t need to love banks to understand that someone like this shouldn’t have ANY post at the Fed. I could share other examples, but the important point is this... Biden is trying to fill these key positions with radicals to pursue a left-wing agenda... One that will impact every American who has a bank account... collects Social Security... or gets a paycheck. And he needs to transform the financial system to achieve this goal. But even though this sounds scary... It’s a huge opportunity for investors who understand what’s behind all this. Because if you know [how to play this shift,]( you stand to multiply your money many, many times over. This whole story could be announced as soon as May 4.
