Hi there, We live in a society where people value hustle over smart work. And that’s a result of the people who say things like… “Wake up at 4 AM to work on your goals!” “Work until you succeed, or die trying!” “You should work 16 hours a day!” “There’s no time for resting, success never sleeps!” And because most of the people who share this advice are successful people, many people who want to be like them follow them. As a result of that, they’re overworking, not sleeping enough, and not spending and even skipping time with their family and friends. But, that’s the WRONG way to achieve your goals! If you need to sacrifice an aspect of your life just to reach your goal, that’s the WRONG way to achieve a goal. Because in the process of achieving your goals, you may lose the most important things in your life… Things like your Health (both Physical and Mental), Family, and Spiritual Wellness. You can end up in the hospital because of overworking… … your family may leave you because you don’t spend enough time with them… … and you can destroy your inner peace of mind… … just because someone somewhere said that you should work 16 hours a day. So, if you’re doing what I described above to achieve your goals… STOP RIGHT NOW! Stop while the damage hasn’t been done and instead, start using the RIGHT way to achieve your goals. The RIGHT way to achieve your goals is to pursue your goals while balancing the 6 aspects of life. Those aspects of life are: - Physical Health - Family and Relationship - Wealth and Money - Work and Career Prosperity - Spiritual Wellness - Mental Health I’m sharing this with you because I was achieving my goals the WRONG way before… That happened when I started Lifehack. When I started Lifehack, I was working in a very successful corporate company as a manager. I had very huge goals for Lifehack and wanted to pursue them full-time but… … I had a family to take care of, so I couldn’t leave my job that provided food for my family for an idea that wasn’t bringing anything. So, I decided to work at both Lifehack and at the company where I was employed. At first, nothing happened. I was working up to 20 hours a day, starting to achieve goals, and had no problems whatsoever. But after some time of overworking, my life started to fall apart… My marriage was falling apart because my wife couldn’t take it anymore… My health started suffering, and I developed back pain… My mental health went through the roof and I started to have trouble sleeping… In other words, my life became a mess. I couldn’t take it anymore, so I knew that I had to sacrifice one thing to get my life back on track. I was facing one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever faced in my life… Either to give up on Lifehack and focus on my corporate career or give up my corporate job to pursue Lifehack full-time. So, after days of hesitation and thinking, I made a decision. I decided to give up my corporate job to pursue Lifehack thinking that was the solution to my unbalanced life but… … I was wrong. Even after I quit my corporate job and I was ONLY working on Lifehack, I still had the same problems as before. I was still overworking (up to 20 hours a day)... I still had problems in my family… My mental and physical health were both bad… Literally, I had the same problems I had before. It took me some time to realize that I was actually trying to achieve my goals the WRONG way. Then I made a commitment to myself to find a fix for my unbalanced life and stop achieving my goals the WRONG way. So, I started working on balancing my life, and after weeks and months of learning and trying, I finally made some progress! My health started to improve gradually… My relationship with my wife started to get better… I started to feel less stressed and I was happier… And that’s when the lightbulb lit up in my head. I’ve experienced the WRONG way to achieve my goals, and I’ve experienced the RIGHT way to achieve my goals. After seeing my progress, I really wanted to share this and help people who had the same issue I had. So, I wrote a book in which I share the blueprint I followed to transition from achieving my goals the WRONG way to the RIGHT way. And that’s how the [Full Life Framework]( was born. The Full Life Framework is a FREE book where I share my whole story, and I share the tips and tricks you need to balance your life and not sacrifice your life for your goals.
