[Empire Financial Daily] Answering Your 'Whisper Trade' Questions By Sam Latter --------------------------------------------------------------- [Tesla's secretive project revealed]( Two things that happened in Texas over the last 12 months that investors should know about... One, a company called Gambit started construction 45 miles south of Houston. A filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission lists Gambit as a Tesla subsidiary. A worker discouraged photos and said it was a secretive project. And two, Tesla filed an application with the Texas Public Utility Commission to sell what we call "PVAB" energy under Tesla Energy Ventures. Problem is, neither Gambit nor Tesla Energy Ventures are publicly traded. But there is still a way to get in to the PVAB energy space right away. So today, we thought we'd take some time to answer a handful of the most common questions we've received... Reader Marc asked us, 'When did insider trading become legal?' Great question, Marc. By definition, insider trading isn't illegal. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") has created simple rules that allow insiders to legally trade stocks. Every day the markets are open, insiders make thousands of legal transactions. Of course, the public doesn't notice those, but they're perfectly legal. Then there's illegal insider trading – the kind that landed business mogul and TV personality Martha Stewart in jail. Here's how the SEC defines illegal insider trading... Illegal insider trading refers generally to buying or selling a security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence, on the basis of material, nonpublic information about the security. Legal insider trading simply means that insiders don't possess any material, nonpublic information. When an insider's knowledge is public – even if the information is material – it's no longer considered insider trading. It goes without saying that we'll be focusing exclusively on the legal form of insider trading – which we'll typically refer to as "insider buying." David P. asked, 'Will the service focus mainly on insider trading?' David, if by "insider trading" you mean insider buying – like the type I just described above – then yes! We're keeping a close eye on the Form 4 that insiders file when they purchase their own stock. In fact, monitoring and tracking these Form 4 fillings of insiders is what we mean when we say we're listening to the "inside whispers" of company execs. The Form 4 helped us identify the first five trades we recommended in our inaugural issue, which we published yesterday afternoon. Lance P. asked, 'Will you be showing us when to get out of the trades?' We absolutely will. Just as we do with all of our other newsletters, we'll be sure to tell you when to get in, how much to pay, and when to get out of any trade we recommend. --------------------------------------------------------------- Recommended Link: [It's NOT plagiarism when you do this...]( What if you could replicate the BEST trades by Wall Street's elite? It turns out, this is the same method used by Whitney Tilson over his 20+ year career on Wall Street. Now, Whitney is revealing how anyone can âplagiarizeâ Wall Street's top trades, 2 days after they are made. Our backtesting has proven this method could create gains as much as 1,588% in less than 12 months. You don't need to use complicated charts, options or "secret signals." Everything you need to know is hidden in plain sight. And according to a university study, regular investors can "earn abnormal returnsâ using these trades... The exact steps are revealed in this short message. [Go here now to see the precise steps Whitney reveals](.
--------------------------------------------------------------- Sandy A. wrote in to ask, 'How long has Whitney used the 'whispers' for his investment recommendations to his subscribers? Finally, how many so-called whispers can we expect per week, month or year?' Thanks for writing in, Sandy! The truth is, "whispers" haven't been a core part of our investment approach at Empire Financial Research. But when we sat down to talk with Whitney a few months ago, he noticed that some of the best trades he's ever made have come from his invaluable rolodex. When he mentioned that, we put our heads together and spent countless hours reading, researching, and back-testing ways to get you access to similar ideas Whitney has had for years. Monitoring these Form 4 fillings – the "whispers" – is the closest way we've found to leverage insider buying to help make you a potential fortune in the years ahead. And I'm personally thrilled with what we've come up with... which is set to publish twice a month going forward. Eduardo M. wrote in asking, 'What is the specific value of the Whisper Trades, as company insider transactions are easily available on the SEC website?' Eduardo, you're absolutely right. You can use the information Whitney gave out in [his brand-new presentation]( without subscribing to the Empire Insider Alert and try to find these "whisper trades" on your own. But I will say this... One of the keys to Whitney's success over the years has always been to couple the ideas he hears from his rolodex with his own fundamental analysis of the underlying company. And the fact is, not all insider buying is the same. It's not enough to simply follow the Form 4s. There's a "secret sauce," so to speak, to what Whitney and our team do after picking up on Form 4 fillings. So here's what I'd recommend: Give the Empire Insider Alert a try. If you're not happy with the results, let our member services team know within the first 30 days of your subscription, and you can get a full cash refund... every last penny, no questions asked. There's no downside. Take 30 days to piggyback off the research that Whitney and his team of analysts are doing. Read through all of the welcome materials and special reports... use his experience, knowledge, and contacts to get into the right trades... and let Whitney do the work for you. Of course, the choice is yours... But I know which one I'd make. [Again, you can watch Whitney's brand-new presentation by clicking here](. Regards, Sam Latter
