I want your input! ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ [EMILYs List]( I'm honored to be the new interim president of EMILYs List. I'd like to introduce myself, and then hear from you about your priorities this election cycle! Help shape the EMILYs List's 2023-2024 strategy by taking our short survey: [TAKE THE SURVEY]( Hi there, Last week, EMILYs List celebrated an incredible full circle moment when our former President Laphonza Butler was appointed to the U.S. Senate by California Gov. Gavin Newsom, and sworn in on the Senate floor by Vice President Kamala Harris. EMILYs List was founded to break down barriers for women running for public office, a simple mission at a time when actually making it happen was anything but. We had to upend the status quo to prove that women could in fact run, win, and change the world. And for nearly 40 years, EMILYs List has done just that — working against the odds to change the face of power, recruiting candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences, and empowering them with the tools and resources to build winning campaigns. We know how important this cycle will be in protecting our rights, our democracy, and our communities. The work of finding our next president is already underway, but we also know our work to elect more women can't wait. That's why I'm deeply honored to announce that I have been asked to serve as the interim president of EMILYs List. Believe it or not, my career in politics began at EMILYs List years ago, when I started here as a political researcher. I went on to work with other campaigns and committees, but EMILYs List has remained at the center of my political universe for all these years. During the 2022 cycle, I came back to head our Campaigns team. From the beginning, EMILYs List's success has been driven by the strength of our community. By each and every one of you — whether you've been with us from the start or are newer to the EMILYs List family. Your trust and investment have fueled our success, and we know our work cannot stop for a moment given the stakes of this year and next. With that urgency in mind, I'm asking for your input. Will you take a moment to answer some questions about your priorities for this election cycle?
