Stocks sink to start the tradin week 📉

Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Li-Cycle Holdings [LICY] $1.23 (45.8%) paused construction on a facility in Rochester, N.Y., citing higher-than-expected costs. Spectaire Holdings [SPEC] $3.01 (39.4%) continued to slide in the wake of its business combination with Perception Capital SPAC earlier this month. Ryvyl [RVYL] $1.85 (37.9%) announced Friday that it received a letter from Nasdaq notifying the company that it has fallen out of compliance with the exchange's Market Value of Listed Securities Standard rule. INVO Bioscience [INVO] $2.12 (+292.5%) announced a deal to acquire NAYA Biosciences in an all-stock transaction. Textainer [TGH] $49.41 (+44.6%) agreed to be acquired and taken private by Stonepeak investment firm in an all-cash deal valued at roughly $7.4 billion.
