Good Morning! Hey, there! It's Chris from Elite Trade Club, here to give you this morning's premarket trading news. Happy Monday! It's October 9th. I hope you have a great weekend. Now, let's get ready to trade! Markets 📈 U.S. stocks ended last week on a high note, with the Nasdaq rallying 1.6% on Friday. The S&P 500 also notched a 1.1% rally, while the Dow & small-cap Russell 2K both gained 0.8%. Today, futures are in the red in early trading. S&P 500 contracts are down 0.6%, pointing to a high likelihood of a lower open. Sponsored [The Trading Strategy That Outpaces Almost Anything]( This millionaire's odd trading twist hasn't lost a dime in almost a decade! It's a simple 2-minute trade that hasn't posted a losing closed trade since BEFORE the pandemic. His odd strategy spits out winning trade after winning trade — 647 trades with 626 winners...0 losers... He doesn't mind this market chaos... In fact, the simple trading system he put in place THRIVES on it… His next trade goes live next Tuesday. [See his revealing tell-all interview here to get in on the action.]( Premarket Highlights 🔎 🇮🇱 War in Israel Israelis woke up to a devastating attack by Palestinian terrorist groups on Saturday, sparking a war that will introduce new threats to global geopolitical stability. The war is already driving a wedge between Western and Middle Eastern powers, and there's a real risk the conflict could widen in the coming days and weeks. The war will create additional uncertainties for investors, particularly in the energy market. It could also lead to more fiscal shortfalls for the United States government, which is already highly-leveraged after nearly two years of supporting the Ukraine war. Plus, the Speaker of the House position is still vacant, complicating the political situation in Washington. What to Watch Today 👀 Black Swan Event It's a quiet day for earnings & economy, and the biggest story line on investors' minds is the developing war in Israel. Defense stocks are already seeing inflows, and Israeli equities are selling off, alongside the shekel. Oil and gas markets are also exhibiting volatility, while gold and other "safe haven" assets are beginning to see modest inflows as a result of the geopolitical instability. Major Earnings 💰 None scheduled Economy 🏗\ - Saratoga Investment Corp New [SAR] ... PM Running Hot 🔥 Gainers - Evolve Transition [SNMP] >> +33.3% - Enservco [ENSV] >> +18.9% - Indonesia Energy [INDO] >> +14.5% Decliners - Shift Technologies [SFT] >> (85.4%) - LQR House [LQR] >> (34.1%) - WeTrade Group [WETG] >> (18.8%) Lockheed Martin [LMT] - Last Close: $400.73 Lockheed Martin is getting a boost from the attack on Israel. The industrial defense giant is running hot this morning, despite no company-specific news. Several defense stocks are trending in today's premarket, but Lockheed is currently leading the push among S&P 500 defense stocks. Shares of LMT are up 4.5% in early trading, and it's one of this morning's top S&P 500 stocks. My Take: LMT looks like a great deal right now, even with today's rally. I really like this stock at this price point. I might initiate a small position today. ParaZero [PRZO] - Last Close: $1.16 ParaZero continues to run hot after a Friday announcement. Last week, the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Agency approved OVRL to operate its drones in populated areas, as long as they have ParaZero's safety systems. The ParaZero system helps prevent disabled drones from crashing to earth and potentially causing injuries by developing a rescue parachute. The regulatory green light clears the way for the company to "conduct advanced drone operations with [its] SafeAir product line." PRZO is one of this morning's top stocks, with a 54.3% gain. My Take: PRZO is on pace for another big day, but there's no telling when this rally will run out of steam. Ault Alliance [AULT] - Last Close: $0.27.20 News of a big contract is boosting shares of Ault Alliance. This morning, the company announced its majority-owned subsidiary, Gresham Worldwide, had secured a $20 million contract. Gresham's Enertec Systems subsidiary won the contract to "provide bespoke systems from a major strategic customer," whose wasn't identified. This contract pays an initial $5 million to procure necessary materials and an additional $1.5 million for immediate system deliveries. AULT is a top premarket performer with a 51.4% gain, and its the most actively-traded premarket stock. My Take: AULT doesn't have much going for it. This contract will provide a short-term boost, but I am pretty doubtful about this stock's long-term trajectory. Maris-Tech [MTEK] - Last Close: $0.9999 An early-morning announcement is lifting shares of Maris-Tech. Today, the company said it would present an exhibit of its AI-based intel gathering and advanced video payload solutions at the Milipol Paris 2023 conference. Milpol Paris will run from Nov. 14th to Nov. 17th, and the company will demonstrate the capability of its Jupiter drone family at the event. CEO Israel Bar said, "Milipol Paris 2023 is part of our continued efforts to expand the Company's commercial activities and penetrate new markets." MTEK is up 26.0% on the news. My Take: MTEK could find new support at the $1 mark if it can hold onto this rally. $1.10 could also be a minor support point, but it all depends on whether it can hand onto these gains through today's close. That's it for today! Thanks for reading, and good luck out there! Best Regards, Chris D. -- Elite Trade Club P.S...
