Here's what moved the market today: Markets 📈 Stocks ended the week with another lackluster performance. The Nasdaq [<0.1%], S&P 500 [-0.2%], and Dow [-0.3%] edged lower, along with the small-cap Russell 2K [-0.1%]. IPO Class Off to a Rocky Start September's class of IPO stocks are cooling off after making a splash earlier in the month. - Arm Holdings [ARM] (1.2%) $51.49 - Klaviyo [KVYO] (1.9%) $33.00 - Maplebear (AKA Instacart) [CART] (2.1%) $29.93 Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Neptune Wellness [NEPT] $1.61 (59.7%) announced a $4.5 million public offering of 1.8 million of its common shares priced at $2.50 apiece. NETSOL Technologies [NTWK] $1.75 (23.7%) reported weaker-than-expected financial results in its fiscal Q4 earnings report. Morphic Holdings [MORF] $36.68 (28.6%) was downgraded by Refinitiv/Verus from "hold" to "sell" earlier this week. Lifezone Metals [LZM] $16.50 (+37.5%) rallied after reporting its first-half results and publishing a shareholder letter earlier this week. Cheche Group [CCG] $19.52 (+31.4%) suffered a three-day correction following a big rally on Monday, but the pullback must've been overdone because shares rebounded in dramatic fashion today. Mondee Holdings [MOND] $4.38 (+25.8%) was reiterated as a "buy" with a $10 price target by Roth MKM after the company announced a $30 million share repurchase program late Thursday.
