[Image](www.elitetrade.club) Good Afternoon! Hey, everyone. It's Adam from Elite Trade Club. Today is Wednesday, September 13th. I was out of the office yesterday, but I'm back with another helping of top stocks. Here's what moved the market today: Markets 📈 Stocks closed out Wednesday's session with mixed results. The Dow [-0.2%] edged lower, while the Nasdaq [+0.2%] and S&P 500 [+0.1%] notched modest gains. The Russell 2K [-0.7%] underperformed with a sharp decline. Sponsored [Forget 99% of the Stock Market 🎯]( Hi folks, Jeff Clark here... I've made my money by IGNORING 99% of the entire stock market. And I can't sit around anymore, watching people get slaughtered in the markets. I've helped my readers double their money 13 TIMES in the last year alone. All by ignoring 99% of the market and focusing on only ONE stock. I call it, "The One-Stock Retirement." [Click here to watch this "Financial Intervention."]( Today's Market-Moving News 🔎 🚀 Arm IPO Priced at $52 Per Share **Correction: This morning, we implied the Arm IPO was today, but the stock won't debut until Thursday British chip designer Arm priced its IPO at $52 per share after a meeting with its underwriters today. The stock will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol ARM. It's expected to be the biggest IPO of 2023, and it's the first mega-IPO the market has seen in quite some time. Arm's debut could be a litmus test for the overall IPO market, which has been challenged by high rates, geopolitical instability, and an uncertain macroeconomic outlook this year. 💵 Inflation Ticked Up in August Today's CPI report showed the consumer price index increased by 3.7% annually in August, outpacing the 3.6% median estimate. The figure marked a substantial uptick from the 3.2% annual inflation rate shown in July's CPI report. CPI growth also exceeded the median forecast on a month-to-month basis. Prices were 0.3% compared to July, topping the 0.2% estimate. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 MicroCloud Hologram [HOLO] $2.12 (80.0%) experienced a steep sell-off on unusually high volume, a day after its shares were halted for volatility. Wheels Up [UP] $2.66 (32.8%) fell after a Form 4 filing revealed CCO Mark Briffa sold 8,784 shares for $25,473 on Sept. 11th. Hoth Therapeutics [HOTH] $1.92 (28.3%) announced a $2.89 million registered direct offering of common shares priced at $2.63 apiece. BitNile Metaverse [BNMV] $1.01 (+46.6%) rallied after a double-upgrade from Refinitiv/Verus on Monday. Analysts lifted the stock from "sell" to "buy." DZS Inc. [DZSI] $2.42 (+32.2%) secured $29.7 million in loans to pay down its existing term debt facility, according to an early-morning announcement. Rocket Pharmaceuticals [RCKT] $1.81 (+31.1%) reached an agreement with the FDA on the design of a pivotal Phase 2 trial of RP-A501 for Danon disease. That's it for today!
